We should be ashamed: Those with the least still remember what’s important

In many cities of Russia, in Donetsk and Lugansk too, after the Victory Day military parade there was another parade of people with portraits of their relatives who perished during the Great Patriotic War. It was only a small part of those who took part in the War, but the column of people was endless.

I’m American and I’m proud of it. I have no Russian or Ukrainian ancestry. But I insist our earth becomes a kinder and gentler world for my children, and my grandchildren.
What the hell is the matter with all of us? The media on all sides create their versions of the truth every day. We accept the crap, as truth, and as the price of living in a world that has gone slightly mad!!!!
Let’s turn the page, put a smile on our face, and make a wholesome, tasty stew that contains meat and vegetables for all, seasoned with a cup of dignity, two teaspoons of mutual respect, a pinch of kindness, a two ounces of good humor.
