The pages of Mr.Crisci’s tome is a complex web of romance, betrayal, redemption and some serious gumption on the part of Ms. Jackson Peale. And the ending–oh the ending–was absolutely breathtaking. The plot twists and character developments are unexpected to say the least, and incredibly hard to describe in a few hundred words. Suffice to say, I rate The Rise and Fall of Mary Jackson Peale one of the top ten books of the year.
